In December 2007, I was faced with a problem and I needed somewhere to live. I needed a place that would allow me to care for my on. Also, this place had to be somewhere that child welfare service would approve of because I needed to comply with all the regulation of child welfare services.
While looking for rooms to rent, sober living houses, and shelter (anything that I could find that could fit my situation), I read an ad that aid something about women with children that needed a place to stay. I kept reading and noticed the location was in Chula Vista. I was so happy because my job was in Chula Vista, and especially since I had no car and all my appointment was based in the South Bay.
I called the number and a woman on the other end of the phone told me to come down the next day. The woman told me they had a room for me. I was so happy. I just started praising God.
The Trinity House I a place to get your life in order. It has given me and my son a clean place to stay and a chance to interact with other women and children. At The Trinity House, I have learned how to keep my personal business in order and hot to achieve success for me and my son.
While I was at The Trinity House I got a better job, a car, medical insurance, clothes, food, a Christian lifestyle, and life skills that will last my lifetime. I’m grateful for what The Trinity House has done for me and my son..
