Programs:

Path to Self-Sufficiency (PSS):
The core program of The Trinity House, Path to Self-Sufficiency (PSS) provides case management services to residents to help them set and achieve goals. Serving a widely diverse population (see Table 1), The PSS program is a client-driven process whereby residents, with the help of a Case Manager (CM), determine benchmarks and milestones of progress they work toward during their time at The Trinity House. When a client enters one of our homes, he or she goes through the PSS process with their CM to assess their immediate needs, create a budget, develop daily lists of tasks to complete, and set goals. The CM works closely with the client advocating for their needs, periodically reviewing their goals, and redirecting their efforts when necessary. Path to Self-Sufficiency-Transitions (PSST) is an offshoot of the PSS program designed specifically for transition-aged foster youth.
