The Mission of The Trinity House is to provide transitional housing in San Diego to underserved individuals and families in need, and to coordinate successful re-integration of residents into the community by promoting a positive transformation of their lives.
Our Core Values are:
Transformation - We believe that through spiritual principles individuals will experience a trnsformation that will guide their path and their destiny.
Empowerment - We believe that a person empowered will master the ability to make choices that have a positive influence on their outcome.
Advocacy - We believe in advocating for the communities we serve to the extent of promoting
Consideration - We believe that consideration for the circumstances that led to ones current state of affairs is vital, and pledge to focus on the physical, psychological and spiritual areas that promote individual growth.
Honesty - We believe that upright and moral actions are reflected through our decisions which must be based upon honesty, integrity, and commitment to the communities we serve.
Identify - We believe that identifying with homeless families and individuals in their place of pain, circumstance and need, with facility our ability to help them overcome the obstacles and barriers that have disabled them.
Need - We believe that addressing the basic need of shelter facilitates the ability to shift ones mindset from survival to self-sufficiency.
Growth - We believe that spiritual growth allows one to advance toward their full potential.
